Returns Policy

To request a return please email info@lolaraefashion.co.uk and provide your name, order number and request and we will send instructions with our returns address.

We operate a strict 14 day return policy and return orders must be back with us by the 14th day (the returns period starts from the day your item is dispatched) If you return your order after the 14 day return period you will unfortunately be required to pay for return postage for the order to be sent back to yourself.

WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO OFFER EXCHANGES AND PLEASE NOTE SALE ITEMS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED FOR A STORE CREDIT NOTE 

Please note that you are required to pay for the return postage of items you would like to return. Lola Rae Fashion will not accept payment due on delivery and will not pay return charges. Please ensure a tracked delivery service is used, as we will be unable to refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels.

Once we receive your return your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

We will only accept returns for products that have not been worn or damaged, are still in their original packaging with tags attached, and do not have make up/ tan stains or any other marks.

FAULTY ITEMS- if you receive an item that is faulty please contact us our customer service team info@lolaraefashion.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the item with our name and order number and a photo of the fault.
